Bought 3 different keys at a kiosk in Menards, none of them worked on the locks they were matched to! Not happy at all, what is the refund policy? Who do I contact?
Very informative saved me money, took time out of his day to enlighten me on information that was not directly beneficial to him, but that would help the customer I highly recommend very knowledgeable
Fast and worked perfectly. Got 2 for the price of 3. Simple, straight forward, just insert key and follow directions.
Only problem was finding it in the store bc I was looking for a counter where a sales associate would cut the keys. It's been probably 8 years since I last needed a copy of a key. Everything is automated/self-serve nowadays, but an associate stayed with me to guide me through it. It's pretty simple, just follow onscreen directions, and it'll talk to you to keep you company while you wait for the kiosk vendor to do its thing. I got the buy-2-get-1-free deal, and just the rough cut keys. They all worked without a problem.
Key cut in no time at all at a good price. Key worked great. Thank you
