Called to see if they do walk-ins and they do. Brought them my key that needed to be cut for my Honda Civic and within 10 mins they were done! Fast, efficient, cheaper than dealership too. Highly recommend them.
I had a great experience with this company and would highly recommend their services! I had two locks that needed to be changed and had 6 doors throughout my house that weren’t locking/closing properly. Stephanie did a phenomenal job and took care of everything. She had a solution for every different issue and was kind and thoughtful enough to explain everything each step of the way. Very reasonable pricing as well!
I can't say enough good things about Action Lock and Key. I have a very fussy multipoint lock. Stephanie came out the first time and attempted a rekey and was unable to do it because the lock is very rare to find. She did however grease all the parts to make it function better and did not charge me. It didn't stop there though. They went above and beyond and got in touch with the manufacturer and figured out how to change it, came out again ahead of schedule, and got it done in under 45 minutes! The service and dedication from Stephanie and Mike was unbelievable and I am a very happy customer. Their level of professionalism was incredible and their commitment to helping me was relentless. Even took the time to explain when to use Tri-flow vs WD-40. I would highly recommend this team for your Locksmith needs.
Lock change: because the trash pandas were getting too comfortable.Listen, I don’t know how or why, but I started waking up to my front door being slightly open every morning. Not wide open. Just enough to feel like a ghost, a burglar, or a very polite trash panda was letting themselves in for a late-night snack.Naturally, I did what any reasonable adult would do: ignored it for a week and hoped it would stop. It did not. So I called Action Lock and said, “Hi, I think I’m being haunted by a trash panda with opposable thumbs and locksmith skills.” He didn’t hang up. That’s how you know you’ve got a pro.He came over, changed the locks, upgraded the hardware, and even checked to make sure nothing else was loose or weird (besides me). Since then? No open doors. No weird vibes. And the trash pandas have gone back to bullying my garbage cans instead of my entryway.I would absolutely call again. Hopefully not because the trash pandas unionize and learn how to use a drill.
