Jason was fantastic. He explained everything clearly, step by step, answered all my questions, and made what I thought would be a complicated situation incredibly straightforward. The turnaround was super fast, and I was up and running in no time.

This is exactly how customer service should be done: knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful. I never felt rushed or talked down to, and it was clear he knew his stuff.

I will absolutely call The Key Depot again for any lock or safe-related needs and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone else.

Called up the Key Depot today as we had an issue with one of our locks and needed some security keys made and from the friendly operator who took my call and setup the appointment, for the same day i might add, to Garrett coming out within a few hours and keeping in communication with me along the way. Garrett was knowledgeable and answered every question i came at him with, all while working and explaining to me his process and work being performed.
