Reviews frequently mention fast help for simple key copies and rekey jobs, with several noting friendly phone support and reasonable pricing. A number of customers highlight success with making keys for older locks. Some feedback reports limitations with certain motorcycle and older vehicle keys, and a few concerns about parts fit or follow-up. Overall sentiment reflects dependable results for standard locksmith needs with mixed experiences on specialty keys.

If you have a motorcycle key or older model vehicle key this is NOT the place to go.

These guys saved the day. I hadn’t realized my truck key had snapped in two when I locked it to go inside the 7-Eleven by The Forum until I came back outside and tried unlocking it. I googled “locksmith” and started walking over here, hoping for a miracle. The key itself was a very worn down copy of the original. Not only did they earnestly try their best to craft a successful copy based on the two pieces I handed them, but they made an exact copy of its worn state AND a like new copy to spec just to increase my chances of success when I walked back to my truck up the road. VERY reasonable prices. I think the young man that attended me was named Layton, but they all worked together and seemed very knowledgeable here. The security by the waiting area was friendly too. Tori was her name if I’m not mistaken. Thanks again y’all. Oh, P.S. both copies worked just fine, I can only imagine how buttery smooth the copy would’ve been had I provided an intact key to begin with!

They did a great job. I had an old lock and they were able to make a new key for it in just a couple minutes. They also made me two new mailbox keys. These folks know there lock stuff. Highly recommend.

Called this morning needing simple service that was not an emergency. The woman answering the phone was polite and professional, asked all the right questions and got a guy to my house by 12:30. He was friendly and fast, and the service was very reasonable. I'll definitely use them again!

Great locksmith. It's a shame Google doesn't list them FIRST! Thank you, Kim:)
***Update: ETHICS CONCERN, reduced from five stars. I was 5 locks into the process of rekeying 8 locks; good work, good price. I bought a couple release a keys too.
On my first [of 4] visit, I explained to the technician that my back door deadbolt can be accessed from outside and he handed me THIS "hardware in a bag" to fix the problem. His hardware does not work on my door. I tried to return it first with his assistant [who accused me of removing the non-existant sales materials] and then with him, and was told, "No returns on hardware."
No return.
