Customer service rep I spoke to was very short, rude, and had minimal information. Website advertises a free estimate over the phone and we certainly didn’t receive that. Locksmith said he’d give me an estimate when he arrived, and didn’t. Just performed the service and then demanded $218. Absolutely would not recommend.
I called them to get my house front door unlocked because I lost my keys, they did a great job and really fast. He was able to fix my mailbox the same day I called, and it only took 6 minutes. Would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Super pleased with this service! I was at work and needed a new mailbox lock, the tech stayed in touch with me throughout the process, despite being busy! I even asked for pictures of the process, which he sent to me. I felt reassured and pleased to know that he would leave the key somewhere safe.
