Giving two stars because the service was quick. The prices are high. I was charged $145 to drill the existing lock and $125 for a Defiant lock that costs $20-40 at Home Depot. “Roy” then asked for a 15% tip at the end of the service. I appreciate how quickly I was able to get help and back into my apartment, but the prices seem steep.
The gentlemen (Emmanuel) who installed my new smart lock and keypad was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. To say he went above and beyond is an understatement. Not only was he fast and communicative but when he noticed that our latches and strike plates weren’t super great he set about fixing them and finding solutions to make our home secure and future-proofed. HIGHLY recommend.
Emmanuel was a baller. Good service, clear communication, fair price. He even told me one thing I could do myself for cheaper, which was very kind to help keep my bill lower. Definitely recommend.
