Reviews
What customers say
Customer experiences range from help arriving in under an hour after a broken house lock caused a lockout to a report that the company broke a car key fob. The fob customer says they had asked only for a note in case a replacement was needed later.

They broke my car key fob. (That says it all!)
I had two keys/fobs... I didn't ask for a repair, I just asked for a note from them in case I ever needed a replacement.
They have no honor, and on top of that, they're responsible for the breakage!
