The whole experience of replicating a key was consumer friendly and easy.

Key was not working. Had to go to another place. I had a human to do my key as fast as in this machine for half the price.
Very bad first experience.
Plus I'm in Quebec and the invoice only has a federal tax number, so no provincial tax ??

Wrong opening hours. Google maps says it's opened until 9 on Saturdays. Drove for 15 minutes to find out it's closed since 5:00 pm.
