Reviews
What customers say
Customers mention friendly service; one customer said a copied key worked, and another praised quick, helpful work on a broken door handle and lock. Experiences with problem-solving were mixed: one customer said the issue was not resolved on either of two visits, while another also reported an unresolved problem. One customer said staff were polite and professional and the job was good, but objected to the pricing and said a one-minute on-site overrun brought a charge for an extra 15 minutes of service.

It's unfortunate that there isn't competition in town for then, that's why we have to use only them for lock replacements. Essentially a monopoly, and they act like it. If their staff goes over by one minute on site, they charge you an extra 15 minutes service, which already is quite expensive.
The staff itself was polite and professional. The job they did was good, so that's why I cannot give them less as they did a good job. Their pricing and somewhat complicated booking process, plus the fact that they are the only provider in the area makes it that you have to accept their terms or you are S.O.L.
