It's unfortunate that there isn't competition in town for then, that's why we have to use only them for lock replacements. Essentially a monopoly, and they act like it. If their staff goes over by one minute on site, they charge you an extra 15 minutes service, which already is quite expensive.The staff itself was polite and professional. The job they did was good, so that's why I cannot give them less as they did a good job. Their pricing and somewhat complicated booking process, plus the fact that they are the only provider in the area makes it that you have to accept their terms or you are S.O.L.

Have been there twice. On both occasions they were not able to solve my problem. Good for copying keys I guess.
The other one down the road is so much better. only come here because they open late on weekend. but still didnt solve the problem and is more $$. (solved my issue next monday at harmer and they are cheaper)
