Both keys worked better than the originals!

BS national service, no locksmith, not even a kiosk where I was sent. 800 phone useless and rude. Chutzpah to say they're #1 rated

Needed a copy of my apartment key. Process was super easy and got a copy of my key for a good price. Key works flawlessly. Recommend this kiosk!

Quick, easy, cheap, no need to be personable with anyone, the machine I used was inside of a grocery store, so not every machine available 24/7.
After the process was complete, I compared the 2 keys, old and new, some grooves on the new key didn’t match up identically to the old key. For instance, some grooves on the old had a deeper, more sharper “V” like shape, whereas the new key had a more “U” like shape. I didn’t think it would work and thought maybe I’d need to find my old filing set and file away at this key so it’d match up identically. However, when I got home, I inserted the key into my door, it unlocked it without issue, just as my old key always had. No need for the old file set, it can remain missing for now.

What a bizarre experience. I called to get a price quote for unlocking my friends apartment door because they had locked themselves out. I reached a live person, but it was hard to hear them because they were quiet and mumbled, plus I could hear my own echo. Even though I told them I was having a hard time hearing, they didnt change their volume or clarity - I can only be asked so many questions that I'm not understanding due to your lack of enunciation before I give up! Which I did, I hung up and didnt even get a price quote. I was able to give an address and zip code, but the following questions were impossible to understand. I get a callback 15 minutes later, but it sounds like a totally different person. I let them know I no longer need the help, but even that was strangely difficult to get across. Like was I talking to AI?? Finally to wrap this all up, I get another call an hour after that. This time from a woman asking to confirm I no longer need help... yes for the third time, I do not need a locksmith anymore. I was super nice about it, said thanks for checking back. She didnt even say goodbye or acknowledge, just hung up. Rude!

I'd stay away from this company. Feels like they outsource/contracy out other locksmiths or independents. Feels shady and clearly the system and workers don't communicate because why did I get two callbacks

Really disrespectful, got cussed out over the phone for saying I didn’t need a service anymore. So I don’t recommend this company when employees talk to customers this way.

First off they do not discuss pricing before arrival, I am not sure if $600 for an unlock and key is reasonable but I highly doubt that, also the technician was full of crap and lied about programming the key when it is a very straight forward process that I was prepared to do until he lied and said I would need other tools necessary, I’m obviously not a professional in this field but overall experience with them was not good and sure felt like a scam. Would recommend calling elsewhere first!!!

Total rip off. Got locked out of my car and they charged me $205 to get back in. Person was really nice and came quickly within 30 minutes which was nice, but charged me so much for “after hours” services even though it was 6 o’clock pm and their website states they are open 24/7. What a scam.

Used them before and never had a problem. This time, however, not the same. The key works sometimes, but not always. Perhaps I didn't put the key in right. I will use them again based on prior experience.

The keys came out perfect and appreciate how easy it is to make several sets.

Very dissapointing considering all of the rave reviews! Not a very friendly locksmith that was dispatchex and very expensive for the 2minutes of work completed

Go to trust pilot and yelp and read reviews. Scary how much they ripoff the public. I had three keys made off, none of them fit charged 24.00 dollars, asked for a refund. All I get is a run around. I am lucky compared to other hapless customer who were out hundreds of dollars when they sent out a locksmith. Yelp has a rating of one star combined and trust pilot gives them 1.4. BBB the same. Do your homework please!

I went to your kiosk today for the first time to have a duplicate key made. I had no problems following the instructions on the panel, (although, I think that there are too many add-ons involved). All in all, a good experience.

My keys were created and shipped promptly. The only issue is that the keys didn't seem finished; they still had bits of metal attached that I had to remove, and they are a bit jagged. They also don't fit the lock 100%, but I suspect that's…

My keys were created and shipped promptly. The only issue is that the keys didn't seem finished; they still had bits of metal attached that I had to remove, and they are a bit jagged. They also don't fit the lock 100%, but I suspect that's because I didn't insert the key far enough into the machine. Overall, I wouldn't use this for my everyday key, but it's good enough for spares. Plus I really like that my keys look like Darth Vader.

The instructions were easy to follow and mostly clear. The voice was difficult to hear based on the placement of the kiosk. Understood, but was disappointed in the upsell techniques - we just needed one key copied.

This place knows how to rip you off. They all use speaker phone (3 people I talked to) so you can’t hear anything they say. First I was told $30. Then I was told $30 for the visit and a base of $75 for the base charge, then when they show up it’s $30 for showing up and $145 for base charge. They picked the lock, but the charges are unexpected and hidden.
Expect to get overcharge and ripped off.
