I waited for hours, being led on by agents, using a public phone, and was ultimately told "we can not help you" - because my credit card was locked in my house. I will stress that they said this was no problem initially, but wasted my time only to leave me stranded.

Later I called a local competitor who was much more accommodating and arrived in 15 minutes :)

Easy to use Kiosk. The only issue i have are the keys are rough. I had to wire brush them when i got home. When i use them there a little off and i need to jiggle the lock a little bit to get them to open the door. These are temporary keys so im not to worried. If they were permanent keys i would have returned them. I would only use this machine for temp keys and then its kind of questionable because i do need the key to work.
