Pretty fast, the key worked great and I didn't even get the upgrade! Only downside was standing in that hot greenhouse of a hallway in the front of Walmart ! But that's on Walmart for not properly ventilating the hallway there in front with the sun beating down through the glass creating that greenhouse effect that makes it all humid and overly warm. Like that's good for the plants n what not , don't get me wrong, but not for this guy here ! Although it wasn't too hot of a hallway for me to not use your services again. I thought it was a wonderful experience through it all. All but that hot hot hallway. And then some cool dude walked in that side door looking all cool and he said the me "hey my man how's the day going brother" and I was so sweaty and caught off guard that I choked and didn't say much of anything at all back to him and it made me feel quite awkward . Or like he thought I was being a jerk to him or something, which I really wasn't. But yeah nice key

Machine said buy 2 and get a 3rd free. I selected a standard house key. I wasn't given the option to create 3. I got 1 key and when I tried to cut the next 2, machine was out of that blank. I will try again the next time I'm in the area. The key worked fine and price was good.

Absolutely horrible experience. They said they would send someone out right away, charged me the full amount then texted me 30 minutes later saying they didn’t have enough techs to come to me after telling me someone was on their way already and haven’t refunded my money.
