Reviews

What customers say

Kiosk users describe the process as easy, and several say their copied keys worked as intended. One reviewer found the process slow—about 10 minutes for three keys; another said the cut looked less clean than a hand-cut key, though it functioned in the lock.

The Key Kiosk was easy to use. There were many different options and payment was quick. The key turned out perfect with no burrs or functional issues. I’d recommend this for sure!

Vincent (Live Edge Organization)

Located at the Home Depot this was an easy to use machine. The key worked perfectly.

The kiosk is easy to use, point of pay and works well. The keys are decent quality-not as good as other places I have used, but OK. And the only complaint which really isn’t one-the kiosk process is pretty slow-probably 10 mins to make 3 keys.

Tried a local hardware store first, three tries and no key worked. Used this kiosk at Menards and copied key works perfect!

EDIT: This review is in relation to the kiosk service. Convenient but the key appearance is sloppy, not clean and sharp like a hand cut. Technically works though, it properly functions in the lock. For the convenience I’d use the service again but if I was planning on getting a key I’d use a in person service. Although they do offer key history associated with your purchase so that is a big benefit if you ever completely lose your keys you have a digital backup.
