Where's my receipt? I just purchased 6 keys,the kiosk advertised buy 2 get the 3rd for free. The price of each key was $4.99Did I just pay over $6.00 in taxes.
Copied key but the cutting wasn't great. If I jiggle it some it does work. Not a straight copy. Disappointing.
Made copies of my house keys and my car key at the machine. The process was simple enough and the house keys were made quickly. I was impressed with the machines optional ability to store my key information so I could get a replacement in the future in the event of a lost key or lock out situation. My car key copy was affordable but required them to create the key elsewhere and mail it to me. I am curious to see how quickly it arrives.
Don't use this company. My spouse locked our keys in our car after 10pm. We were charged $75 for just the phone call and another $300 to open our car. That is very outrageous pricing. After emailing their support email, giving them my receipt number, and telling them how I would like to receive my partial refund (because they can't do it to my card for some reason), they stopped emailing me back. This company is a huge scam.
