Reviews
What customers say
Key-copy reports were mixed: one customer found the machine process simple and house keys quick, while two others reported cutting problems—one house key did not work, and another worked only when jiggled. That same customer said the car-key copy had to be made elsewhere and mailed. Another customer described a late-night car lockout as costly and said email replies stopped after a partial-refund request.

House key has very sharp edges and didn't work. Going back to have it redone

Where's my receipt? I just purchased 6 keys, the kiosk advertised buy 2 get the 3rd for free. The price of each key was $4.99 Did I just pay over $6.00 in taxes.

Copied key but the cutting wasn't great. If I jiggle it some it does work. Not a straight copy. Disappointing.

Made copies of my house keys and my car key at the machine. The process was simple enough and the house keys were made quickly. I was impressed with the machines optional ability to store my key information so I could get a replacement in the future in the event of a lost key or lock out situation. My car key copy was affordable but required them to create the key elsewhere and mail it to me. I am curious to see how quickly it arrives.

Don't use this company. My spouse locked our keys in our car after 10pm. We were charged $75 for just the phone call and another $300 to open our car. That is very outrageous pricing. After emailing their support email, giving them my receipt number, and telling them how I would like to receive my partial refund (because they can't do it to my card for some reason), they stopped emailing me back. This company is a huge scam.
