We came here 4 years ago after buying 2 cars which caused the need for extra key fobs. The keys were pricey (they were everywhere), but the service was great. We ended up buying more keys than we planned and some impulse items off the counter. I returned last Friday after getting another car and had a completely different experience. The man behind the counter seemed grumpy with me from the second I entered the shop but I knew he wasn't really interested in helping me when I misheard CRV instead of C or V and he acted like I had no right speaking to him. I was a little surprised to learn that, for me, a kind of bad experience outweighs a really good experience. I won't be back.

You buy a cheap China key off line for a gen 3 Prius (2010-2015 they have to be programmed w software unlike gen2) … anyways if it works you get a key for like 100$ compared to 150 for a used and 300 oem new.

How you can loose: you bought the wrong key and the shop gets to keep your 65$ for the attempt.
