1. The machine was constantly trying to force you to buy more keys, even after you had made your choice.
2. The kiosk had very few designs to choose from, and the prices were much higher than I expected. 3. When it finally started making the key, it took a ridiculous amount of time. But since I had lost my key and had to borrow my sons to make it, I figured it was worth it, as long as it worked. I
