I had two keys to my truck and both of them were lost. I called Rescue Locks and Keys and I was told a technician would contact me with time availability and pricing. The technician (Jasmine) called me within 5 or 10 minutes and scheduled a time. She was unable to make that time so she said she would either be later getting there or she could come out early the next morning and get me taken care of. She showed up the next morning and was able to cut and program a key for my 2013 Ford F150 and had me going within 30 minutes.I can only speak for the technician that helped me (Jasmine) but she was very personable and very knowledgeable. She had no problems cutting or programming my key. If I ever have another situation where I need a key for either of my vehicles, I would have no reservation in calling Rescue Locks and Keys again.

They got someone out to me quickly, and Jasmine was absolutely wonderful fast-paced, sweet, kind, and clearly great at what she does. She made a stressful situation so much easier. I arrived at your store around 3:00 p.m. on a weekday, during your clearly posted business hours (Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.). However, the store was closed. I called the number listed, and a man answered the phone.I politely explained that I was standing in front of the store and wanted to know when someone would be available. Instead of offering any helpful information, he responded rudely, saying something along the lines of, “If you’re in front of the store, you can see I’m not inside.” When I asked why the store was closed during open hours and when he would return, he became even more disrespectful and said he wouldn’t serve me because of my “attitude” — even though I was simply asking a reasonable question.This is extremely unprofessional and disappointing. If your business is going to be closed during normal hours, customers at least deserve clear communication and respectful treatment. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address it so that future customers aren’t treated this way.
