This man!!!!! This man saved me tonight! Truly! Rob replied to a request (from a referral friend) and in a panic I reached out, this man came immediately to ensure the locks at my business were changed. Literally within an hour from meeting him, he was at my work fixing the locks - he is so professional, was soooo nice and kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt secure! Rob helped me out on extremely short notice. He knew exactly what he was looking immediately with rekey of an old lock cylinder, and had it done in minutes. Pricing more than fair. Gave a couple of good pointers on other things to look for in my application I was working on.

Today I have experienced excellent customer service from Rob, he is extremely knowledgeable in his field. I have been having issues with my ignition switch in my 02 4Runner. After a few trips to the dealer, I was hitting a dead end. One phone call to Rob, the part was ordered, once it arrived, he installed it in a matter of minutes! Oh, the amount of headaches I have had trying to giggle the key to start the car, especially when you have two little ones in tow. I would highly recommend Rob and I am very appreciative for the work he did for me today!
