I love this place and the people that work there. Diane is such a lovely person. She is so helpful and does everything she can to get you what you want. I was a pain in the butt about not getting rid of my old wooden door with a broken lock/doorknob. They had to devise such a contraption to appease me, and save my door. Charlie was a pleasant locksmith, he was congenial and knew exactly how to fix my lock problem. I cannot get across how much Southington Security is a perfect business example, great with customers, helpful, experts in their field, kind, make you feel validated, go above and beyond, they should teach a class in how to run a new business. Anyhoo, this place is the greatest. Thank you. P.S. Also, a few years ago my cat locked himself in the bathroom, don't ask, and they came right out to free him. I made it to work on time.
Through a “comedy of errors”, I ended up locked out of my bedroom, door knob came off the door, and of course the hinges were on the other side.I tried my best to get the door open and just couldn’t. Called Southington Security, a tech came out immediately, and in mere minutes had the door open.He was kind enough to be patient with me and explained what the problem was.I can’t say enough good things about this company or the customer service provided to me today.Thank You!!
Don’t bother absolutely horrible customer service. I called on Wednesday 05/28 concerning a problem with my safe. I spoke with the owner and explained my problem. She took down my information and said someone would get back to me if not later that day or the next day.Well the next morning (Thursday) came with no response. So I called back in the afternoon and spoke to the same woman. She had a hard time remembering who I was and what the issue was. I had to give her my information again. Once again I was told her safe expert was busy and I would hear back later that day or the next morning.Well the next morning (Friday) came and still no return call. It is now Tuesday 06/03 and still not the decency to call me.Terrible!Ps: I called another locksmith and they responded within 1 hour. They arrived the same day and fixed the issue.
