Purchased a keyfob from him. First one was wrong, took me reminding him we still waiting for the right one. Less than month later it stopped working. Thought needed new battery. Opened it up, broken piece fell out that was obvious it had been placed to work until it wiggle loose. This guy says he will fix it but repeatedly won't text or call back. Been waiting close to a month. Obviously he got paid and did something shady. I'm calling all the dealerships and better business bravura. Looking into small claims lawsuit. Questioning if the glowing reviews were paid for.
I’m very happy with the service I received today. They arrived on time, diagnosed the problem fast, and fixed my car efficiently. They were respectful, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working before leaving. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to others.
After losing both of my car keys, Adam came within 15 minutes and had my car unlocked and 2 new keys and fobs cut and programmed. Adam was very nice and helped me understand the situation. Would recommend this service to anyone in need of an unlocked car and new keys. This was also less than half of what the dealership would have charged. Would give it 6 stars if I could.
Adam was super helpful! He arrived quickly, got my van unlocked and got down the road toy job within an hour and a half of my call. Very kind good man to work with. I highly recommend him!
Adam was amazing and so very polite! My car key wouldn't turn in the ignition on a rainy Sunday morning and he arrived and got it working in no time. He communicated with me the whole time to let me know what he was doing every step of the way. I also asked for a spare key, and he had to place an order with the dealer and let me know he would be back to fix the fob he gave me in about a week. Three days later I got a call that the order was in and he was right out to fix it for me. Great service and I would highly recommend them!
