I had a great experience with this locksmith. I made the mistake of buying a used ignition without asking first. When I called him, he explained that programming a used ignition is very difficult, especially when you’re locked out of your vehicle.What impressed me most is that he offered to come out and check if it could even be programmed at no charge. He didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me. Just honest, straightforward advice.He showed up when he said he would, took the time to assess everything, and handled it professionally. I am extremely pleased with the service I received from River City Lock And Key! There were several problems with making my key, none of which were their fault but they persevered and, after having to come to my car 3 times, (on the weekend no-less) they got my key made. They kept the cost at the quoted price (the best price in town) in spite of the extra services they had to perform to make my key. They were very gracious throughout the whole process. Great service.
