Far the most horrible and unprofessional place in springfield to do business with blessed there is better company out there that care about there customers i purchased a key and fob week later it stopped working and they told me bring key in work receipt, and as long as the key fob wasn't dropped in water or damaged, then I could schedule a tech to come out to my house to get my truck running. Meanwhile, I guess i'm just without a vehicle lessons learned another horrible springfield business also don't let a1 rob you go on amazon and purchase this programmer super easy to do and you will have extra keys programmed, and ready to go.

I Called and asked how much to cut and program a key. Then told them the make and model, all they Said was 20 dollars so when I showed up with 2 keys I was told they don't cut other keys which was not mentioned. Why give a price to cut keys and not the price for the key and to be cut. This is my second time where a guy behind the counter has had an attitude and misinformation. I would recommend 1 of the other 2 locksmiths in town.

Lost my only motorcycle key for a 2008 Suzuki Boulevard. I brought in the ignition switch and A-1 was able to make me a new key in a week. The new key works great and operates properly on all 4 locks. Ignition, gas cap, glove box and steering lock. On the road again. "Willie Nelson". Thank you A-1.

I accidently locked myself out of our house during a contractor repair job and A-1 quickly dispatched a locksmith and gained access to the property. They drove 30 minutes from their office to complete this job. Both dispatch and the locksmith were cheery and professional. I'd recommend.

Locked my keys in my car on a roadtrip, the A-1 technician arrived in 30 minutes after I called and I was on the road shortly after. Price was far more reasonable than what the hardware store kiosk pretending to be a real locksmith would have charged.
