They're not actually 24 hours, so I don't know what time they genuinely open. But they are not 24 hours. I called multiple times around 6:00 a.m. after getting locked out of my house, and never got past the robot who stated that there were no locksmiths in my area. Based on the reviews though, I'm not unhappy. Sounds like they were going to charge me a small fortune.
Terrible results. New keys were not copied like originals. Waste of time. I had to go to a different store to get the keys cut correctly. I don’t recommend this service at all. Will never use them again. Sure they are processing a refund, but that’s not what I went there for. I wanted keys copied, not a hassle and a waste of my time and a refund. The silver key has teeth, the new cut keys were flat…don’t work at all.
