I have used this service multiple times. Was disappointed that they took away the little keyhole you stick the key in at the end to brush off the roughed up areas. Looks like they charge an extra fee for that now. Will probably just go to Ace or somewhere next time.
All 3 keys I made worked perfectly will use the kiosk again
BEYOND thankful they were available to let me in but the price is ridiculous! I asked over the phone and couldn’t give me a price. Got here, let me in, and charged me $457.00 to let me into my house. This is HORRIBLE business practices. This is a form of robbery. I feel I was overcharged based on where I live and my vehicles because he asked me about my cars then hit me with the fee.
Helped us out, but definitely would not have chose them if they were up front with the cost. Over $200 for 3 minutes of our time. Last locksmith we called charged something like $70.I recommend calling around before you call this business.
Called because my grandmother got locked out of her house. They wanted my ID as soon as they showed up and wanted $475 to unlock a door.No way. Cheaper to break a window.
