Very Nice and expert people save us a ton of money I locked the keys to my huge gun safe in the safe and thought cause I didn't have a key I couldn't open the safe well the lady asked me if the dial was still turning I said yes and she said all you have to do is put your combo in and it'll open and by golly it did they could of charged us to for them to come out here and tell us that but instead she told me over the phone saved time and money I highly recommend this place to anyone
I called Starfleet after struggling with a lock issue at work. Amanda picked up right away and, after checking with her lock tech, was able to walk us through the solution in just a couple of minutes. Super courteous, super professional.
They fixed an old safe I had after I had contacted several who would not repair a safe this old. Fast service, considering they had to order the parts to fix it. I was afraid I would have to begin thinking about what to do with a busted safe but they gave an old safe some extra time. Overall enjoyable experience & definitely recommended.
Amanda and Gene spent a half hour of their precious time on the phone with me today to help me out.....and I'm not even a customer as I live out of state. I'm shocked at their level of helpfulness to someone who isn't throwing any business their way. I can only imagine how they would treat an actual customer.
