Key duplication for common house and office keys via automated kiosk. Basic and decorative key options may be available depending on stock. Some locations also direct customers to phone-based locksmith assistance.
Customers frequently note the kiosk is quick and convenient to use. Several reviews report keys working as expected, while a few cite miscuts or rough finishes that required re-try or polishing. Pricing is described by some as higher than hardware store copies, but offset by convenience. Overall sentiment trends positive with occasional quality concerns.
I was expecting a store or kiosk, but actually it was just a vending machine inside Walmart! It was quick and easy to make copies, a bit pricy compared to key copies I’ve had done before, but very convenient. I sure hope the keys were well cut though, because there is nobody I could go back to if I have a problem with the new keys, and no way to get a refund.
I found it fast and easy to use and the keys are great!!
Bad key copy, got 3 keys none worked had to go Home Hardware to get them done properly.
I managed to figure out the kiosk without asking for help. The only issue I had in my situation was, when I went to try the key for the first time, it got stuck it the keyhole. Pliers pried the key out. I sprayed a bit of WD40 on the key. It works smoother now. I just found it wasn't polished. Very rough finish, but the key does work!
I had many issue getting keys made in the past that work..The keys copied from Minute Key have worked everytime
