Booked services with their promise to have it handled , got told yesterday main guy is out of town for 2 weeks when we're on a time crunch to open. After a long weekend wait for a callback post initial visit. Absolute shitshow of a company , highly wouldn't reccomend
I came into the store with a time sensitive job that they took care of instantly. You can tell you’re dealing with skilled tradesman as the level of service was unbelievably efficient and professional. I’ll be back for sure!
Decided to support local and these guys did not disappoint. Very helpful modifying the lock to suit a specific application. Great after sales service too. Despite a defect in the product the onsite technician would not leave until he was satisfied that the product was functioning properly. Recommended to friends and family and they were happy too.
