What can I say except "thank you"! I had a non-standard after hours emergency situation. Not only did Christian take the call and accept the job - he bent over backwards to help. There were some hiccups with old snd strange locks, but he worked through them and worked longer than expected in order to finish the job.The service was exceptional and the pricing (including the after hours callout charge) was extremely fair. Honest work, honest prices, honest people. The perfect trifecta. They do the industry snd the community proud. 10/10 would recommend their services.

After a glitch where his tech didn't have the right kind of key, Christian went above and beyond the call of duty to set me up with another tech the same day, and at a price half of what Toyota would've charged! Would definitely use them again.
