It was quick and easy. Only problem I had was it only takes a credit or debit card. Luckily I had my card that day. The key works great and I had a choice to save the key just in case I lost the key and a new can be made. Great idea

They don't even make the key on site. You insert the key and then they mail it. If it's lost in the mail they have no way of making another copy. These kiosks are useless.

Key doesn't work got stuck!! And tore up my original key. Not only did key get stuck had to have someone get out but now my original is ruined. Have to replace my door locks

Upon further detailed inspection, the 2 highest points on the template key are slightly higher than the duplicate made in the machine. Off by a millimeter must make a difference. KeyMe refunded me without delay, so I gave them 3-stars.

All keys work perfectly in their locks.

I’m not sure what I got for the extra fee, but the keys work after manually rubbing off the sharp edges using a hard piece of rubber. Overall happy.
