I needed to change out 11 deadbolts and rekey the entire house to replace an antiquated set of locks and handles. Also, we had one door that was stuck locked that a previous locksmith wasn't able to get open as it was a triple levered special hurricane door. Alex got it open in a short time, changed out all the deadbolts and was even able to replace an elaborate front door hardware set all at a very reasonable price. He also was able to open a file lock in five minutes or less where we had lost the key.
