Amit was so timely and helpful! He arrived quickly and managed to get us inside a locked bathroom where the door hardware was installed incorrectly, rendering most of his tools useless. However he persisted and found a way in without damaging the door and cleaned up after the work was finished. Great experience!

I deducted one star because I was ridiculously up-charged for the service because my vehicle is an SUV. When I called for the service I should have been asked what my make and model was so that the quote would have been accurate. I definitely wouldn’t have used the service had I known the insane up charge.
