Amit was so timely and helpful! He arrived quickly and managed to get us inside a locked bathroom where the door hardware was installed incorrectly, rendering most of his tools useless. However he persisted and found a way in without damaging the door and cleaned up after the work was finished. Great experience!
They are very kind, professional and genuine lock smiths. I had an issue & I called for service. The man knew exactly what was wrong and instead of charging me $150 to come out and fix an issue I could do myself he coached me on the phone. The issue was related to the faulty new lock. THANK YOU SO MUCH! If I ever need help again, I’ll be calling back.
He was able to get to my car within 20 minutes for a lockout. He was professional and had my vehicle opened quickly. If you are in a parking garage be sure to mention it as his van may not fit.I deducted one star because I was ridiculously up-charged for the service because my vehicle is an SUV. When I called for the service I should have been asked what my make and model was so that the quote would have been accurate. I definitely wouldn’t have used the service had I known the insane up charge.
