Got my keys copied here, it was super fast and easy! I got four keys made and they fit perfectly, didn’t even take more than 10 minutes!
I didn't know where to go to get my keys copied other than Home Depot or Lowe's. I didn't feel like shuffling though a bunch of people and hoping someone knew how to work that machine.I went to Google Maps and saw Charlie's Day and Night. Being raised in Stockton I knew they are ol' school. Professional and reliable and proficient.
I have used Charlie's Day & Nite Safe Lock & Key Service in the past, and it's truly an old-school lock shop—a candy store for locks, keys, and safes. The shop is well-staffed with knowledgeable professionals who excel in their craft.?Today, I brought in a cylinder lock for a commercial door that broke last night. Chris promptly identified the issues: misaligned pins and a broken guide arm support. Despite the complexity, he efficiently repaired the lock and made five keys. Amazingly, there was no charge for the repair. Who does that? The exceptional service and expertise at Charlie's are unparalleled. I highly recommend them and will continue to rely on their services.
I had a replacement key made for 100.00 on my Lexus and about a month later it was a bit bent so I go back to have them fix it and they charge an additional 70.00 not to mention he says there's nothing they can do due I shouldn't have had it rolling around in my purse.Worst customer service ever He blamed me for having it in my purse and was rough with it where else should I put my keys Chris? Huh...thanks a lot for making this hardworking single mothers day.
Not what how they used to be. A few years back, they used to be one of the best in their service and professionalism. I asked them about a key to be cut, but they wouldn't do it since it was not their own. Then, I asked them multiple times if they can give a quote for their own key and have it cut, but I'm still waiting till today to hear back from them. I guess they're making way too much money that they don't care about getting any new business.
