Terrific hassle free experience. I am totally satisfied with my Key,
I got their buy 2 get 1 free deal. All the keys are to different things, & NONE of them work. When you hold keys to compare cuts you can see slight differences. I spent $30 with all their fees and everything. Oh dont forget i went to 2 other locations prior to finding this location and those didnt have the keys size in stock. It was one thing after another and such a negative experience. Bring back the ones in the stores where people actually were there to help.
If I could give a zero I would FOR SURE called the night before to make a appointment for 9am. the next day no one shows up I call again around 11am make ANOTHER appointment NOONE SHOWS UP very very VERY unprofessional business
I tried contacting with them regarding an issue I was having with my keys but Horrible customer service!!! Tried calling for a service and had me wait for a while and then a random person (not a local store associate) asking for unnecessary questions and be extremely rude. I tried explaining the situation and he just hung up on me like they don’t even care about any customers. Would never bother calling or going there for anything ever.
