What customers say

Customers describe the kiosk as easy to use and say copies worked smoothly or fit their locks. The screen instructions left one user with an extra key, and a customer reported that the machine did not dispense a promised free key; Walmart did not respond to the complaint.

Mister Jangles

This is my #1 go to key cutting service. It is so easy to use. Each key is precisely accurately cut to perfection. Therefore, you never have an issue with the key not working in the lock. I highly recommend this service to everyone!

We used one kiosk inside our local Walmart store. This was very user-friendly, easy and not costly. We tried the keys afterwards and they were very smooth.

They posted that make two get one free. When we cut two keys in one time, the machine did not make the free one to us. No contact information on the machine. Walmart did not respond to our complaint.

I landed up with one key more than I needed due to somewhat less than intuitive instructions on the screen. (Not including the free key). Apart from that, the machine was great. ALL 3 keys fitted the locks perfectly! Veryquick and easy.
