Purchased two new OEM keys fobs for a ram truck. When they programmed them one would not work so they gave me a cheaper one . When I asked them to order another OEM one they would not . I paid 685. Dollars for two OEM and got one and a cheaper one when I paid for two will not return to this place again

Can't say enough about the excellent service we received from Vasilii. He went above & beyond, in -25 degree temps, in my driveway, to fix what started out as a problem with my key fob. Just wanted to say thanks to Northern Security, and in particular, one employee. Vasilli Chesnokov. I pulled in to N.S. Lorne street location just before closing one evening. I needed a small safe opened, that I could not get opened. Vasilli came out to my truck and in less than 30 minutes, was able to get it opened. Vassili is fairly new to Canada, but has a very particular skill set. we are lucky to have his expertise available in Sudbury. Thank You Northern Security and Vasilli J. Byrne
