Ricky was extremely quick and attentive from start to finish. What really made me choose them was the response time, while other companies were quoting over an hour just to arrive, Ricky showed up in about 10 minutes. Not only that, but he resolved my lost key issue in under 15 minutes. He also clearly explained everything he was doing along the way and even performed a post-check after cutting the key to make sure everything worked perfectly. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Ricky for anyone needing a new key or locksmith service, fast, professional, and thorough.

Ricky arrived promptly; then helped me decide whether or not to replace a spring loaded lock with a deadbolt. I did. I chose a Schlage (pronounced as in Walter Schlage). I appreciate that he didn’t rush installing the Schlage and rekeying multiple doors, including one I added at the end of the service call. … On another note, the owner’s husband Ben was easy to work with during both the scheduling and invoice phases. Would I hire this team again? In a heartbeat. - M. Shinazy

I am super pleased with the service provided by Eliya Locksmith. I recently lost my car keys and needed a replacement, Ben was super responsive and helpful. I was helped on the same day and the whole thing took about 30 min or less. I would definitely recommend and the price was competitive. If I ever need a car key in the future, I’ll be sure to come here again.

My car’s ignition cylinder jammed while in San Francisco and had to get it towed to San Jose. I called many mechanics but none are available on a Sunday. I took my chances on Eilya and Ben got the job done in less than 3 hours from the time I called. Quote upfront with GOOD and HONEST work! Don’t hesitate to book eilya
