Reviews

What customers say

Customers praise the convenience of key copying, but reports on the results vary: a copy had shards that needed filing, a house-key duplicate sometimes required wiggling, and a design-key order arrived with fewer patterned keys than requested. A customer also praised a technician as responsive and professional after the technician opened a truck without reported issues.

Customer Reviews

Devone Cameron

Definitely convenient and fast and excellent key. I wouldn't hesitate to get another key done when needed.

Nancy Kasten

Did not get exactly what ordered. Ordered two with design. Got one design, two plain with the free key. They stick a little but they work I assume just need to use and break in.

Barbara Hairston

Convenient keys made. They all work too. The 1st one had some shards I had to file off. Other than that, they are good. I will use again.

Shawn Springsteen

First time in my life that I locked my keys in a vehicle so I had never used this type of service. With zero experience, I used an internet search to review my options and came across KeyMe. They were quick, responsive, skilled, and professional. The technician had my truck open within 60 sixty without any issues at all. I highly recommend KeyMe if you make a bonehead move like I did ;-)

Had a house key duplicated. It doesn’t look exactly the same and doesn’t work all the time. You have to wiggle it a bit for it to work. Would not use this service again. Cheaper to go to Lowes or Home Depot to get a key that is cut perfectly and it works every time.
