Alex was seriously amazing. Something got jammed inside my father’s car door lock and we couldn’t get it out at all. I called Alex at A-Locksmith BC, and he handled it like a pro. He removed the obstruction, greased the lock, and just like that the door was working perfectly again. Fast, professional, and super helpful. Huge thank you to Alex for saving the day — highly recommend!

ALEX was a HUGE lifesaver. Hes quick to reply. Fast worker. Honest and so friendly. I have a storage unit and I LOST the key to my lock. Scrambling to get a locksmith out, I was anticipating I would have to get my ?? Lock CUT but he said he will try to pick it first before cutting it, to save the Lock. NOT even 10sec did it take for him to work his magic!!! It opened. No damage to the Lock or the unit and he got it opened. A professional at his finest. THANK YOU SO MUCH for accommodating me. Needless to say I got a NEW A Lock to replace this one and hopefully find my keys to this old lock. Thank you so much Alex!

This is the only business where a human answered the phone & dealt with residential showed up in 2+ hours from another job at 730pm in the evening & got the job done with friendliness & enthusiasm. ALEX was great & swift + precise. Done front door lock within 20mins. Receipt & card. Thanks again. This is the guy & the # to call when in need. Not automated voice service like most of the other places I called ! ?????

Words cannot express how happy I am that Alex was the one who answered my call this morning. While other 24/hr services didn't even pick up the phone, Alex was there in 20 minutes. He was fast, knowledgeable, and gave me a fantastic price. He even fixed a second door for me in a couple of minutes! He is worth every penny, and I cannot recommend him enough. A+++ Service!
