SEAN LOCKSMITH LTD

Jason came out to my place to replace my broken key fob for my Mercedes E350 & did a fabulous job! The new programmed fob works like a dream. Very reasonable cost for the mobile service ???? I was referred by my neighbor Johnathan who said Sean Locksmith LTD is the best in their field & I would agree ?? Very convenient, they are honest & pleasant to deal with ?? Till next time my friends, Thank you very much! Merry Christmas ?? From Scott’s Mobile

? Yesterday I needed a locksmith, and I called several numbers I found online. The quotes ranged from $125 to $180. His price was in the middle, and his travel distance was the shortest. Some locksmiths coming from Vancouver were also around $150 during rush hour. It was a simple job — no need to change the lock cylinder — so the pricing seemed reasonable. However, I was expecting speed and professionalism. I had already given him my phone number, address, and the time, and I told him I needed him to come right away. But when he arrived, he called again to confirm and told me he was sending his son instead. Honestly, I wasn’t very happy about that. I decided to give him the job because he seemed experienced and fast during our communication, but he only told me at the last moment that his son would come instead. I just had a keypad lock that needed to be opened with a key — no cylinder replacement. He also made two extra keys. But the overall experience was poor. After taking apart the lock, the panel was reinstalled crooked, and the service quality was far worse than the locksmith I had previously used from Vancouver. The timing, communication, and service all disappointed me. On top of that, the total cost ended up being $200, and when I asked for a receipt, he charged an additional $20. It was an unpleasant experience, and I felt like at the last minute I had no choice and was just being pushed around.

Communication, punctuality and professionalism with Jason whom I found on Marketplace. He drove out from Surrey to Abbotsford. Best price compared to others. He replaced my daughter’s fob and spare key. All worked perfectly. Would definitely recommend.

I had the misfortune of loosing my only key fob, I had my car towed home & the operator suggested I call Sean, and I did. He showed up on time, was very professional & explained the process to me and was super efficient! Thanks Sean! 10 out of 10!
