Called to schedule doors to be rekeyed, spoke with owner David. Tech scheduled for 4 days later from 10 to noon. No show & no communication. We Called 3 times and David said tech would call and should be on his way. 9 days later we Called to find out when will they show up? Paul calmly and politely explained situation that we stayed home all day waiting. David was belligerent and yelling on the phone at us. Abruptly told us to go to hell and hung up.We called Capital Lock & Key Tallahassee and they were here in 50 minutes. Did a great job for much less money.We would rate Davis Safe & Lock of Tallahassee at ZERO if we could.We have Never been treated so poorly by a business. Davis Safe&Lock appears non commited to their locksmith services.

Got my vehicle towed there for them to fix my ignition and instead of them saying they couldn’t fix it they put a bread tie in place and will not take accountability for there actions. The man wanted to argue with me about they didn’t touch my car when I keep receipts of everything and everyone who touches my vehicle
AMAZING! We needed them for our business. We are a 24 hour access fitness studio and the lock on the door was not working properly (so clearly this was an urgent matter). They were polite, eager to help, able to come the same day, AND had the part needed in stock! We will be using them for every service moving forward.
If I could give them zero I would!! Jeremy our whatever his name is was rude when contacting me. I asked him simply how much would AAA cover and how much he would charge me out of pocket. He talked to me as if I couldn’t understand simple English. He came out and unlocked my door. In the process he took my key from my floor connecting my trunk and gas cover. One I told him I would not be able to pay to get the key made he open my car again which resulted in my alarming to go off. He threw the key thing on the floor and locked the car. Once I asked him to turn my car alarm off since i couldn’t get in he told me the alarm will go off and drive away. Very dramatic experience and I would NOT recommend this company!!!! I hope and pray he had a wonderful life with his terrible attitude and communication skills
