Below is the letter I wrote to affordable lock regarding a late notice. I paid the balance due on August12 837.55 and the end of of January I got a late notice so I wrote a letter disputing the charge. Someone from affordable lock called me on January 26th and left me a message. They did not leave a name or number just a message wanting to speak to me or my husband. I called them back the same day and no one knew who called me or why. January 31st I recieved a letter from them stating they had reviewed my letter and felt I still owed them money. I will pay the money because it is easier then fighting with them but I would highly reccommend you not use this company. The person who installed the lock was very good and professional but the office staff doesn't seem to know what they are doing.I am writing you concerning a late due notice I got for 164.84. I am not sure why you are sending me this notice. I know there was some confusion within your office on how much I owed and I had to contact them several times to get a correct amount.We originally ordered a lock for the front door and the garage door. The front door lock did not fit so we had to return that lock.They were having trouble finding the color in the size we needed for the front door so I decided to go with the dark bronze. We recieved 2 invoices in July for 597.00 one on July 11 and one on July 17th. We were out of town most of July so I did not see them until I returned. I had notified the office before we left that we would be gone most of July. August 1st we received an invoice stating balance due for 837.55. The lock had not been installed yet so I replied to the email requesting a call back so we could arrange for the locks to be installed. The locks were installed and on August 12th I paid the 837.55.Dean installed the locks for us. He was very good and professional. I cannot say the same for your office staff. It seems like whenever I spoke with them they were confused. It was also confusing that I recieved an invoice for 597.00 and then the balance due was 837.55.

??????????Called AAA after I locked my keys in my truck (rookie move ??), and they sent Affordable Lock & Security. Muhammad showed up faster than my panic set in! He was polite, professional, and had me back in my truck in no time — like magic with a smile. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people, not just doing the job. Boss man, seriously — this guy deserves a raise. If every employee worked like Muhammad, you’d have to rename the company Exceptional Lock & Security! ??????
Anthony helped me out amazingly, the last person that I had touch my car ruined my original key, thanks to him I was able to recover them correctly. It’s worth it if your trying to be shivaist!
FANTASTIC!!!Super polite employees! First visit and the staff was awesome.They cut a vintage blank ‘64 Lincoln Continental convertible key in no time (I supplied the key)! Their prices are more than fair. Owner was there and he was polite.I would recommend this location and suggest you leave a rating to help others out.
