Please, do not make the mistake I made. I called this place because it was the first to show up on Google search in the local Temecula, CA area. I was in a bind and locked my keys in the car the other day. I originally had AAA come out, and they were able to get me inside my car through the trunk but that set off an anti theft alarm system that I wasn't able to turn off until I fixed the key FOB.
Originally, I was quoted differently from the operator who inquires information and then sends out a technician. It took two days for someone to finally come out and help us out and I ended up paying almost $500 for one key. It was my fault I did not read these reviews. First off, they aren't local and they aren't even "based" here in the US. This is a scam. I then called their "customer service line" that they post here as a reply to bad reviews and I politely explained the situation and the man hung up on me. I didn't even receive a receipt and now my stereo system is locked up and needs a code to turn on. This is a way of reverse car jacking they use. Basically a legal form of jail breaking your cars computer system. Please do not use them. They pay a lot of money to get the top spot on Google search even with all these bad reviews. The technician makes up a price once they arrive, and they are NOT professional. I normally never leave reviews or complain but I need to warn the locals. They also call themselves "American Locksmith".
