I took down my previous post. I got scammed. I thought I was contacting Ben, but somehow it was another company, and I was way overcharged. I’d used Ben a couple years ago, and found him to be very timely, competent, and fair.Be careful out there!
Absolutely horrible service! A remote and key and remote were cut in Feb 2025 and stopped working with the first few weeks. Suddenly it started to work. Over a month ago, the remote stopped working again. I reached out. Spoke to Ben. Explain the situation. He said he only warranties his work for 30 days. I would have the fan additional $125 if I wanted to get a new remote programmed.
