Great response time. Danny answered the call and then came out within 20 minutes. No dealing with a dispatch call center. He unlocked my door, rekeyed the lock, and replaced my fob. Good attitude. Good service.

I’ve used Daniel (Danny) for years for both my primary home and rental properties, which makes this review especially disappointing to write. Unfortunately, the quality of service has gone sharply downhill.

Last week, I asked Daniel if he could install an electronic deadbolt. He told me he could come out the same day. Instead, without notifying me, he outsourced the job to Mailbox Masters of AZ. The technician installed the deadbolt without rekeying it to my existing house key, then informed me after the fact that it was “too late” to uninstall and rekey it. I was told my only option was to replace all my locks with new Kwikset hardware.

I was charged $220, quoted after the work was completed. I swallowed it, assuming this was just growing pains as the company expanded — but that was a mistake.

Shortly after, the deadbolt stopped working entirely. I reached out and even offered to pay a service fee for an exchange. The outsourced technician threw a fit, and Daniel said he would personally handle it. After that… complete silence. I was ghosted.

This is no longer a customer-first business. It’s clear that profits now come before accountability, communication, or quality. There are many better locksmiths in the Valley who are transparent, professional, and actually stand behind their work.

Avoid at all costs. It’s unfortunate — this company used to be solid, but it’s clearly not what it once was.

I needed a 2nd key fob (and also programming) since the Infinity l just bought only came with 1.
I called several company’s for quotes with mixed success. After calling Locksmith Masters, l was told a technician would call me right back with a cost.
Within 5 minutes l got a call from Danny who gave me a quote at a reasonable price. Danny was very polite and answered my questions about the fob (new vs old, dealer brand vs aftermarket, etc). I accepted the bid and we set up a 4:00pm appt. He was on time, was friendly and efficient. The job was complete in 20-30 minutes.
I could not be happier with the experience. Your employee, Danny, provided excellent customer service and deserves a 5 star review. I highly recommend your company for any locksmith services needed.
