I dealt with Ky (pronounced Kai) and she was an absolute delight. The store had fair prices and policies. I went there to get a car key fob cut and after it was done and wirebrushed, it worked flawlessly. This is now my new favorite locksmith (which has an actual store location BTW). Supports credit cards too. Recommend approaching from the west (heading east) for easy access.
Super fast service and honest and reasonable price. The first locksmith I called took 45 minutes to get to me then said it was going to be an extra 200$ to cut a new key because he couldn’t see inside my car due to the dark tint. Then I called University Lock & Security and they were here in 10 minutes and opened my car no problem in less than five minutes. Awesome service. Thank you! ??
The most professional knowledgeable locksmith at a great price. After wasting time with other locksmiths, we ended up here. They made our obscure (bike lock) key, picked our lock and had us going for less than $10. I’m forever grateful that places like this still exist.
We called University Lock & Security about rekeying our commercial office as well as fixing the existing lock. The locksmith called us back within an hour and had someone over to our office within 30 minutes. Wade Martin was our technician and he was nice, knowledgable, and was in and out in less than 30 minutes. He was very kind and I felt safe the entire time I was at the office alone with him. He was even able to give us multiple keys to our new lock saving us the time of having to get duplicates made. Overall, 5 stars for Wade and University Lock & Security. We will definitely use them in the future. Highly recommend!
These guys are amazing! Had two very difficult keys to duplicate for an old Hot Rod. They found the correct blanks and made spare keys for me...Whew!!! Also took a front door lock that was missing a key. They quickly made a key for it and I was on my way! Very honest, quick, and trustworthy!
