Apparently, Minute-Key wouldn't cut my car key because it had cuts on both sides vs a key with a flat side and cuts on the other. It's a key from an older car. Oh well, off to the locksmith.

I like using Minute Key but i would like it better if there was an option to cut another key, in the same transation, using the same form of payment -- rather than having to start over each time and type in an email address again. When making several copies of keys, having to put in all the information over and over is time-consuming and inconvenient.

Quick, easy and my keys worked perfectly. I like that Minute Key offers keys with paint jobs like American Flag, brass etc. The self serve aspect is great and I would use Minute Key again.
