Super helpful! I locked the keys in my runninf care and didn’t have the spare available. It was a Sunday night around 8:30pm that i called and they had someone out in 40 min, and he opened and unlocked my car within a few min. Great experience for the service needed. Obviously it sucked paying $70 i would have preferred not to spend but glad we didn’t have to break a window or pay $400 for a new key on the spot.
So it was one of those days — I locked my keys in my car! A friend told me to call Pop-A-Lock, and I’m glad I did. They showed up quickly, even though it was after 5 PM on a Friday. The technician was professional, friendly, and—small world—turned out to be my old neighbor from several years ago! He got my car unlocked in no time, and the price was very reasonable for the time of day. Great experience all around. Highly recommend Pop-A-Lock!
John didn’t exceptional job. He went above and beyond and after explaining the problem I was having with the vehicle he showed me the terminal was likely loose. Got that taken care of and now the car is operating better than before he arrived.
Well it's been a long time since it happened, but sadly I locked my keys in the car when I went to get groceries. Pop-A-Lock gave a 40min estimate wait time but the tech arrived in 18. He was friendly and had a great attitude all around along with being professional. My car was unlocked in under a min and I was able to get back on the road due to their quick response and great help.
I have never had such TERRIBLE service like I did with this company. My insurance sent them to assist with a lockout. I was told at 1:20 pm it would be an hr and 10 mins. I waited until 2:40 and called and spoke to Jacob, who apologized and said they were behind and the technician would be at my location in 25 mins. I waited and at 2:58 a text saying I'm on my way. Nobody showed up. I sent a text at 3:18 and asked the ETA. My response I received was "10mins, hopefully." My designated response time was suppose to be 2:28pm... that's after I waited 1hr and 10mins. Now approaching 3:30pm, I called and was sent to voice-mail. By this time my grandma shows up with my aunt and calls AAA. We get a wait time of 15mins. Mind you, I'm still waiting on Pop a lock to come or send me a update. Technician finally texts at 3:47 and says I'm on Culebra I'll be there shortly. AAA arrived within 10 mins and popped it open in a few seconds. I texted technician and told him to just cancel. I understand you may be behind, but the communication was terrible. It's bad enough my insurance selected you all, otherwise I wouldn't have waited as long as I did. For me to get a response of "hopefully" after waiting over 2 hours was very unprofessional. I'm so disappointed and disgusted with the service I received.
