The office manager, Debbie, was so empathetic to my story and booked me straight away. Joe showed up right on time and texted before arrival. He was friendly, professional, and fixed my lock on the spot. This was a huge relief since the scammer claimed he needed to order a $550 part and would take a week. I highly recommend Brucar for any locksmith needs. I am so happy!

I was locked out, and my neighbor looked up the number and we called. Debbie Copsey, who answered, was so professional, patient, thoughtful and helpful. She got a hold of Matt who was there in about half hour.

He determined the best way to get into my home without the least amount of harm. Matt opened the door, was able to save the lock, and no one was the wiser. He was efficient, knew what he was doing, and was just so kind and helpful.

I had expected the bill to be much higher. These people are real professionals who do their jobs and don't overcharge. I wouldn't hesitate calling them again if I have lock issues.
