It’s rare to find a service provider who combines technical skill with empathy. Gary was accommodating and worked his magic. The whole situation that gave my family a panic attack, that too on the winter holidays break (where no one is ever available - we called up many but most were closed or rude), was solved within an hour. Gary assured us and immediately left for our house. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a reliable, trustworthy locksmith, especially in an emergency.
