A separate customer reports a window order still ongoing at six months after a two-month order, with the project over schedule and calls and emails unanswered.

Very disappointed. 2 month order is ongoing now 6 months. I can order from china faster. No excuse. My project gone bad, over schedule, and we are into winter now. I am incurring extra costs because of this company, I’ll decide if I keep it at 3 or change to 1 after I see the windows arrive and get installed. My GC and installer been trying to call this place and email and no follow up or response. Only way is to show in person to get a lame excuse. Any cost over runs due to install at this time of the year are 100% going to be send to the supplier. Who ever runs this joint should be fired.

3 stars because I was overcharged for a product, and the service experience was awful. The young woman who served me was not well suited for servicing customers, lacked critical knowledge of products, and was rude to senior coworkers. Montte did help me get the situation sorted out, and he is great to deal with. Unfortunately, I ended up returning this product and purchasing from somewhere else.

Good staff (friendly, knowledgeable). Good product selection. Was able to assist me with repairing/re-keying a keyed passage handle. The new handle looks the same as the 50 year old Weiser it replaced.

Quality Door Hardware has never disappointed me yet in my employment needs within Thunder Bay. As a facility manager I always seem to find the parts I need for any door I've encountered. The staff is efficient and proficient, providing excellent professional customer service. 2 thumbs up!!!
